They say it's the thought that counts, and this girlfriend's gift absolutely proves it.

Nia Evans shared an unbelievably heartwarming video of her boyfriend, Obinna Victor, opening the thoughtful Christmas gift she bought him.

After working on his own anime for four years, Evans had Victor's work drawn and made into a finished book.

"My boyfriend has been writing an anime since he was 15 called 'Nirvana,'" Evans told Mashable, "He had everything together but he didn't have any visuals for his story."

"So, I found an artist who could draw [the story] based on the character descriptions he gave me," she continued.

Once the book was finished, she gifted it to Victor, and his reaction was truly priceless.

"He told me he's never been so happy," Evans revealed.

We believe it - Evans really knocked it out of the park with this one.
