The mysterious man was identified as Hassan Jameel, according to The Sun. Jameel is a businessman who helps head up the the company that controls the rights to sell Toyota cars in Saudi Arabia.

While there has been no official confirmation from Rih herself, that hasn't stopped her fans, dubbed the Navy, from speculating.
