You may remember 8-year-old legend and avid reader, Michelle, who dressed up as Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg for her school’s “Superhero Day.” Yes, we got teary, too.

Now, prepare to bawl your eyes out because the Notorious RGB has not only seen the viral Facebook post by Michelle’s mum, Krista Wujek Threefoot -- she has responded in the coolest, most Bader Ginsberg-y way.

Wujek Threefoot told Facebook that RBG’s people reached out online, asking for her address. The suspense was palpable. The delivery revealed a hand-written note by the woman herself, saying “Dear Michele: You look just like me! May you continue to thrive on reading and learning. Every good wish, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.”

She also included an inspiring message about the power of reading, which read, "Reading is the key that opens doors to many good things in life. Reading shaped my dreams, and more reading helped me make my dreams come true."

What the hell -- who’s chopping onions in here?!

Wujek Threefoot told the Huffington Postthe family will be writing a thank you note to RGB. “I would really [like] to thank Justice Ginsburg for being such an inspiration to all of us, and for being so committed to fighting for equality,” she said.

“This wouldn’t have gone where it has if she weren’t such an admirable person. I also want to thank her for taking the time to make a little girl really, really happy.”

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear black robes. And some are little girls with big dreams.
